CRE presence at PSANZ Annual Congress

CRE members and collaborators were well represented at the Perinatal Society of Australia and New Zealand (PSANZ) 2026 Annual Congress, held in March in Perth.

The Congress provided an important opportunity for CRE collaborators from across Australia to come together, share research and strengthen connections within the perinatal and neonatal research community.

A special congratulations to CRE Scholar and Scholarship Recipient Maria Yelland, who was awarded the inaugural 2026 PSANZ Neonatal Nursing & Midwifery Scholarship during the conference.

CRE research featured prominently across poster and presentation sessions. CRE Scholars and Scholarship Recipients Lilliana and Maria presented posters (pictured), along with CRE Scholar Hannah Matthews, who is also pictured with her poster. CRE Scholar and Seed Grant Recipient Bronni Simpson presented her work to Congress attendees, highlighting the depth and diversity of CRE‑supported research.
